Aloha From Belles Filles

ALOHA! For those of you who is a huge fan of mutsubi or hawaiin food, you have to try this LihoLiho Yacht club . This restaurant is located at 871 Sutter Street, San Fransisco CA 94109. Please book your seat in advance, because the restaurant is always packed at (415)440-5446 or you can always go to yelp . I would say this is a Hawaiian Fussion and below here's the list that has been recommended by the chefs and us .



Tuna poke, sesame oil, radish, nori cracker 15.50


The highlight of this meal is actually their Nori Cracker . This is a really crispy nori cracker because they fried it. The tuna is also good but not as good as their nori cracker. This is good fit for appetizer since the size is not that big because if you order an entree, the entree will be quite plenty. Some says it's too pricy , it is $15.50, I really like the nori but what do you guys think? Comments below needed :)


Duck liver toast, jalapeno, pickled pineapple 9.75

Did someone say FOIE.., Yap it is also sold here and it's top with pineapple and jalapeño. Weird combination huh? but it's worth to try, it taste funky, u get the creamy side and the fruity side. If you like Foie, def should try, it's creamy good and the pricing is not bad for foie.


Fried rice, bay shrimp, spam, abalone mushrooms 15.75

Say What? Spamlicious. Yes I really like the spam and their saucing. The reason why their spam is homemade unlike any other restrurants. if you are asian and looking for rice on the side, this meal would be a perfect choice. However, if you are allergic to shrimp, they have something off menu which only includes rice and spam. YOU RICE ME UP #punintended.


Grilled shortrib, escargot, bone marrow, mushrooms, leeks, fresh horseradish 36.75

Here's the massive Hu Ha during the meal. This is the entree which includes Escargot and meat, so you get meat,snail, and veggies at the same time. The seasonings for the escargot is tasty not the plain and the meat is well-cooked.


Baked hawaii, caramelized pineapple ice cream, vanilla chiffon 10

My favorite meal would be the dessert. This dessert is different than other resturant due to it's something fruity or chocolaty all the time. These pineapple flavoring is something that you want to look forward after eating few meals that is flavorful. Moreover, the taste of caramel would be the sweet side of these fruitful desserts.
